Job description

Perm Admin Assistant (Healthcare sector, 5days office hour) #HCL

Responsibilities:

  1. Update the IT system and Registration Book for admission and discharge of patients.
  2. Receive patients and visitors at the counter.
  3. Ensure that services rendered are entered promptly into the system for charging purposes.
  4. Perform general administrative duties such as filing, faxing, photocopying, dispatching mail, ordering stationery supplies, and scheduling maintenance checks on office equipment.
  5. Attend to incoming calls and enquiries.
  6. Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion in patient care matters.
  7. Assist in collecting data for statistics purposes.
  8. Maintain a conducive and safe patient care environment.
  9. Keep oneself well informed of the updated industry guidelines and develop new skills necessary for the job.
  10. Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace organization at all times.
  11. Perform any other duties as and when assigned.

Requirements:

  • Good organisational and administrative skills.
  • Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Good team player, have an eye for details, and ability to multi-task.
