Job summary

steel ally resources pte. ltd. is seeking a dedicated Artiste Manager in Singapore to negotiate contracts with performing artistes, plan and schedule sets, and coordinate monthly themed events. The role involves sourcing costumes, motivating artistes, and maintaining high performance standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, plus experience in artiste management or as a performing artiste. Flexibility for late-night shifts and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Possess strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Relevant experience in artiste management or experience as a performing artiste is preferred.
• Able to work additional hours beyond normal working hours.
• Able to work late-night shifts from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM daily.
• Willing to work on public holidays and attend rehearsals regularly outside normal working hours.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate contracts with local and foreign performing artistes.
• Plan and schedule performance schedules and sets for performing artistes.
• Plan and coordinate monthly events based on different themes.
• Source suitable stage costumes and outfits for performing artistes.
• Motivate performing artistes and monitor their performance standards.
• Conduct orientation and training for new performing artistes.
• Source suitable performing artistes on a quarterly basis, including potential overseas travel when required.
• Ensure performing artistes consistently maintain a high standard of performance.
