Job summary

WANGFU ELITE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a dedicated coordinator to schedule performances, manage artist calendars, and support PR materials development.

You will negotiate contracts for local and international performers and handle interpersonal conflicts within artist groups while reporting to management. The role requires flexibility to work from 5pm to 2am and a proactive, independent work style with prior artist experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-changing environment.
• Able to work independently and under time pressure.
• Possess good attitude, self-motivated, result oriented, flexible and adaptable to changes positively.
• Has prior experience as performing artists would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and update weekly performances and artist calendars.
• Assist with development and distribution of PR materials (brochures, pamphlets, newsletters, videos).
• Negotiate contracts for local and foreign performing artists.
• Handle interpersonal conflicts between artists (e.g., band members).
• Oversee administration of performing artists and report to management.
• Working hours are from 5pm to 2am.
