Role Overview

We are seeking a charismatic and versatile Performing Artiste to deliver compelling live entertainment sets, engage audiences, and elevate the guest experience across scheduled venue programs and special events. This role calls for strong technical stagecraft-spanning vocals, live music, dance, or theatrical acts-combined with high professional discipline and dynamic audience interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-standard live stage performances (vocal, instrumental, dance, or variety routines) adhering to the venue’s scheduled entertainment run.




• Participate in pre-show sound checks, technical rehearsals, blocking runs, and cue-to-cue briefings.




• Connect with and read the audience effectively, adapting performance pacing and crowd engagement to sustain an energetic atmosphere.




• Work collaboratively with sound and lighting technicians, show callers, stage managers, and fellow cast members to execute seamless show transitions.




• Maintain personal stage wardrobe, makeup, musical instruments, and props in top condition according to production standards.




• Follow house safety rules, technical guidelines, and venue codes of conduct both on stage and backstage.

Requirements

• Proven background or formal training as a performing artiste (e.g., singer, musician, dancer, or variety entertainer) in live venue or commercial event settings.




• Exceptional stage presence, poise, and performance stamina to manage multiple high-energy sets per shift.




• Broad repertoire and versatility across diverse musical genres, performance styles, or languages.




• Dependable work ethic, strong punctuality, and the ability to accept constructive artistic direction.




• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays, in accordance with the performance roster.
