Job Description:

Hybrid Model - 2 to 3 Months opportunity to start with.

• 3-6 years of experience in IT Performance Testing/Engineering.
• Experience in performance NFRs collection, analysis, and refinement of complex applications. Experience in core banking applications is preferred.
• Expertise in Performance Testing tools such as Load Runner and JMeter. Ability to execute Benchmark, Load, Stress, Endurance, and other non-functional tests. Monitor application logs to determine system behavior.
• Generate performance graphs, session reports, and other documentation required for validation and analysis. Publish results. Prepare detailed status reports and monitor all defects and issues.
• Identify memory leaks, connection issues, and bottleneck problems in applications. Strong problem-solving skills.
