    As a part of the dynamic team at WeSolveForYou, you will be dedicated to assisting businesses in achieving exponential sales growth through our Omni Channel approach. This involves diversifying online and offline channels, optimizing sales strategies, and effectively positioning products for target customers. Our services range from enhancing brand presence to boosting sales via Omni Channel strategies, optimizing sales strategies, reducing costs in marketing and sales, and strategically positioning products.Your key responsibilities will include building, managing, executing, and strategizing performance marketing campaigns to drive consistent revenue growth. You will act as the primary point of contact for D2C clients, understanding their business objectives, marketing strategies, and performance goals to develop tailored solutions. Scaling campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Google will be crucial to maximize reach and impact. Monitoring campaign performance metrics, analyzing data, identifying trends, and optimizing strategies to improve performance will be part of your daily tasks.Moreover, you will lead and mentor a team of performance marketing professionals, collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute integrated campaigns. Effective communication with clients, providing updates, reports, and strategic recommendations, as well as developing and executing strategic marketing plans aligned with clients" objectives and industry trends are essential aspects of this role.To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Performance Marketing focusing on D2C clients.
