Job description

We seek a data-driven professional to optimize and scale our paid search campaigns using data science techniques. You will work closely with marketing and data teams to build predictive models, analyze performance, and improve bidding strategies.

  • Analyze and optimize Google Ads performance using data-driven insights.
  • Develop predictive models and bidding algorithms to maximize ROI.
  • Implement A/B testing and incrementality experiments to improve campaign efficiency.
  • Work with large datasets (SQL, Python, BigQuery) to identify trends and insights.
  • Build automated dashboards & reports for campaign monitoring.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to refine audience targeting & attribution models.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in performance marketing analytics, growth analytics, or data science.
  • Strong skills in SQL, Python, and statistical analysis.
  • Working kowledge with Google Ads, SA360, and bid automation strategies.
  • Familiarity with marketing attribution models (MMM, MTA) and incrementality testing.
  • Proficiency in data visualization (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of CPC, ROAS, LTV, and CAC.
  • Experience in ad automation (scripts, API integrations).
  • Understanding of cloud data platforms (BigQuery, Snowflake).
  • Prior experience in E-commerce, OTA, or consumer tech.
