Leadership & Mentorship:Lead, mentor, and manage a team of performance marketing executives. Foster a high-performance culture and identify potential leaders within the team.

Optimize Campaigns:Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet or exceed targets.
