Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute online advertising strategies to drive student enrollment (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads)
- Manage ad accounts, set budgets, upload creatives, and optimize campaigns for performance
- Collaborate with designers and content team to ensure quality visuals and landing pages
- Monitor daily ad performance, analyze key metrics (CPL, CTR, CVR), and report regularly
- Follow up with leads collected through ads or events; initiate parent conversations to convert into enrollments
- Support offline marketing campaigns with digital promotion and lead capture mechanisms
- Work closely with the team on enrollment planning and campaign calendars
- Buy and manage third-party leads when appropriate; evaluate cost-effectiveness and lead quality
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in digital performance marketing
- Proven experience in running paid ad campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and conversion funnels
- Prior experience in the education industry is highly preferred
- Able to write compelling ad copy in English that resonates with parents
- Data-driven, with the ability to independently analyze results and optimize campaigns for better outcomes
- Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable initiating conversations with prospective parents
- Proactive, results-oriented, and highly accountable for enrollment outcomes
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred, for effective communication with local families

- Incentive Structure: Performance-based bonus available upon meeting CPL and baseline lead targets, with additional conversion-based commission.
- Annual Bonus: Additional year-end performance bonus (equivalent to 1 month’s base salary), pro-rated if tenure is less than 12 months
