What You'll Do:

  • Responsible for digital ad buys execution(Social Media Accounts, Google Ad, Tiktok etc)

  • Recognise and troubleshoot issues encountered in digital ads buying processes

  • Liase with country teams for optimisation of ad assets

  • Monitor daily campaign performance metrics and continuously improve results.

  • Reporting on performance metrics and providing actionable insights to improve ROI.

  • Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to drive efficiency.

  • Any other ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned by the Manager

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in digital marketing management from ad buying to strategy planning and able to work with marketing for ad content creation

  • Bilingual in English and Chinese

  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics 4 and other digital platforms.

  • Sharp analytical skills with a data-driven mindset

  • Attention to detail, self-starter with a growth mindset

  • Minimum1-2 years of experience in digital ad buys

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media or related fields

  • Preferred: Google, Meta, GA4, SEO/SEM Certified
