Job description

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve organic search visibility and rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits.
  • Collaborate with content, product, and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded across the site.
  • Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
  • Analyze competitors’ SEO strategies and identify growth opportunities.

Paid Media (Search & Social)

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels.
  • Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and CAC efficiency.
  • Design A/B tests, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization strategies.
  • Leverage audience segmentation and remarketing to improve targeting precision.
  • Work with creative teams to develop ad copies, visuals, and performance assets.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report on KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and Excel/Sheets for dashboards and insights.
  • Provide actionable insights to senior leadership and continuously refine campaign strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, with proven results in SEO and Paid Media.
  • Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other performance platforms.
  • Good knowledge of SEO tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Experience working in or with Fintech, Finance, or regulated industries is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
