A leading global investment management firm is seeking a technically skilled and motivated individual to join its Risk and Performance Management team. This role focuses on the oversight and enhancement of the firm's performance measurement systems and analytics.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in financial performance management, with strong technical capabilities and a deep understanding of investment products, trade operations, and market data. Responsibilities include managing system workflows, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of performance data, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors, and advising stakeholders on performance methodologies. Leadership experience and familiarity with SQL, data tools, or AI/machine learning techniques will be highly valued.
