We seek a finance/analytics professional with Python experience, strong data skills and the ability to work across technology and business teams. The role emphasizes data quality, governance and scalable workflow automation.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical capability with experience handling large financial datasets and translating analysis into insights.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work independently and collaboratively across business and technology teams.
• Proficiency in Python for data tasks, automation, and workflow improvement.
• Experience with Excel and PowerPoint; Bloomberg/FactSet/Qlik Sense/UiPath are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update market parameters used in the Cost of Capital framework to support investment evaluation and monitoring.
• Support the PA team in research and analysis relating to the CoC framework, including academic research, market practices and application to new asset classes.
• Perform analytical and data-driven work to support ongoing implementation and enhancement of the CoC framework.
• Perform monthly reconciliation across systems to ensure position and transaction data for listed and unlisted investments are accurately captured for performance calculations.
• Generate recurring investment performance reports and support provision of performance information to internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify, investigate and follow up on data quality issues and reporting exceptions, working with relevant stakeholders to resolve them.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate recurring data, reconciliation and reporting workflows; use Python and data libraries to automate processes.
