Performance Account Marketing Specialist- D2C (Agency Experience)
You will be joining a dynamic team at WeSolveForYou, comprised of strategy-driven professionals who are passionate about helping businesses achieve exponential sales growth. Our Omni Channel approach involves diversifying online and offline channels, optimizing sales strategies, and effectively positioning products for target customers. We provide services that encompass brand presence enhancement, sales boost through Omni Channel strategies, sales strategy optimization, cost reduction in marketing and sales, and strategic product positioning.As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for building, managing, executing, and strategizing performance marketing campaigns to drive consistent revenue growth. You will serve as the primary point of contact for D2C clients, establishing and nurturing strong relationships. Understanding clients" business objectives, marketing strategies, and performance goals is crucial to develop tailored solutions and strategies. Your expertise in scaling campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Google will be essential in maximizing reach and impact.Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics such as ROI, CTR, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs will be part of your responsibilities. Identifying trends, insights, and areas for optimization, and implementing proactive strategies to enhance campaign performance and deliver results will be key. Leading and mentoring a team of performance marketing professionals to meet and exceed client expectations is also part of the role. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, and tech is necessary for executing integrated campaigns and initiatives.Effective communication with clients, providing regular updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations is crucial. You will develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with clients" objectives, budget constraints, and industry trends. The qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing with a focus on D2C clients. Previous experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is highly desirable. A proven track record of managing client accounts, driving results, and exceeding targets is necessary.Strong analytical skills, the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions are required. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential. Experience in team leadership, coaching, and development is preferred, as well as proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.,
