We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Consultant to support both the Financial Aid and Postgraduate Admissions modules of our Student Information System (SIS). This role will play a critical part in the enhancement, integration, and operational support of our PeopleSoft Campus Solutions environment, including a custom-built bolt-on module and integrations with external systems like the MOE CLAS-HESL.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead requirement-gathering sessions and document detailed functional and technical requirements.

Perform fit/gap analyses for both the Financial Aid bolt-on module and the Admissions module.

Develop integration specifications and support data exchange processes with external systems such as MOE CLAS-HESL.

Configure, customize, and maintain Campus Solutions modules related to Financial Aid and Postgraduate Admissions.

Develop and unit test enhancements using PeopleSoft tools including PeopleCode, Application Engine, and Component Interfaces.

Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues across modules in collaboration with technical and functional teams.

Write clear and comprehensive functional and technical documentation.

Create and execute detailed test scripts for System Integration Testing (SIT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Coordinate and support the deployment of new features, fixes, and enhancements.

Generate reports, develop data extracts, and ensure data accuracy across modules.

Provide user training and ongoing operational support to ensure optimal system performance.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, particularly in Financial Aid and Admissions.

Proven techno-functional expertise with the ability to manage both technical development and functional process improvements.

Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft tools: PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker, PS Query, and SQL.

Experience with custom bolt-on module development and integration with external systems.

Solid understanding of higher education operations and student lifecycle processes.

Demonstrated ability to write both functional and technical specifications.

Hands-on experience in SIT and UAT, including test planning and execution.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
