A leading F&B group in Singapore seeks a People & Talent Lead to enhance their frontline recruitment strategy. The role involves leading a recruitment team, executing volume hiring strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience, making it ideal for experienced recruitment leaders looking to impact a dynamic industry.
Position Summary:
We are an established and respected F&B group seeking a hands-on People & Talent Lead to drive our frontline recruitment strategy and help shape how we attract, hire and retain talent across the organisation. In this role, you’ll lead a small team and take the lead in recruiting frontline staff across our diverse portfolio of brands.
If you have experience in high-volume hiring for blue collar or frontline roles whether in F&B, retail, hospitality or other service industries, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a small team, focusing on recruitment for outlet-level roles roles across the group.
Develop and execute volume hiring strategies to meet the needs of our growing business.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using a variety of channels including job portals, walk-in interviews, referrals and creative sourcing methods such as digital campaigns and social media outreach.
Partner with Operations and HR to forecast hiring needs and create talent pipelines.
Ensure a positive candidate journey from application to onboarding and support initiatives that promote long term retention.
Support people-related initiatives, including employee engagement activities, workforce planning and staff development projects.
Support other hr-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, including volume hiring of blue collar or frontline staff.
Experience leading or coaching a team (whether formally or informally) or you're ready to step up into a lead role.
F&B industry experience is a plus but not essential. We welcome applicants from retail, hospitality or other sectors involving blue collar or frontline hiring.
Organised, proactive, and able to handle multiple recruitment demands efficiently.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of the Employment Act.
