What we offer:

As People Partner, you will be an individual contributor, responsible for shaping a positive and dynamic work culture for our Singapore and Australia teams, supporting and collaborating with leaders, employee relations, and onboarding/offboarding/payroll activities. You will also be working with local, regional, and global teams to ensure efficient processes, while leveraging your expertise to design and implement innovative organizational programs that elevate performance across all levels.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Advise and Support: Act as a trusted partner to employees and management on people-related matters, conflict resolution, and workplace policies.
  2. Talent & Onboarding: Drive recruitment efforts proactively with TA team and hiring managers, manage seamless onboarding/offboarding, and support workforce planning.
  3. Payroll & Compliance: Oversee payroll accuracy by collaborating closely with both external payroll vendors and internal payroll teams, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and promptly addressing any payroll-related inquiries.
  4. Performance & Development: Provide guidance on improvement and retention plans, facilitate the promotion and transfer process, and cultivate a positive work environment.
  5. Operations & Administration: Maintain employee records, manage documentation, and provide daily administrative support.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • University degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, policies, and labor regulations across Singapore and Australia
  • Fluency in verbal and written English with strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proactive, resilient, independent, strong in problem-solving with high integrity and professionalism
  • Confident in embracing the role of an independent contributor, adept at proactively engaging with leaders, employees, and stakeholders at all levels to foster collaborative success.
