Position: People Operations Generalist (India)

What You'll Do:

  1. Manage onboarding procedures
  2. Manage separation processes
  3. Oversee vendor relationships
  4. Ensure statutory compliance
  5. Handle benefits administration
  6. Play a key role in the POSH framework for India
  7. Supervise benefits programs, including Mediclaim and Accident insurance coverage
  8. Support HRIS systems such as Lattice and Bamboo, ensuring accurate and current employee data
  9. Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities like virtual events, wellness programs, team-building exercises, and recognition initiatives
  10. Manage compliance and statutory filings
  11. Assist with employee training and development programs
  12. Support recruitment processes
  13. Analyze and report on HR metrics such as employee satisfaction, turnover, and engagement surveys

What You'll Need:

  1. 5-8 years of experience in HR Generalist, Operations & Engagement activities
  2. Post-Graduation in Human Resources (Preferred)
  3. Self-motivated and proactive
  4. Proficient in MS Office
  5. Excellent communication skills (spoken, written, reading, listening)
  6. Achievement-oriented with an execution mindset
  7. Creative, curious, and eager to learn
  8. Adaptable and solution-focused
  9. High attention to detail
