Our client, a well-established and respected company, is on the lookout for a People & Office Ambassador to be the warm, welcoming face of their office. In this role, you’ll not only greet guests and support front desk duties but also play a key part in keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist visitors; handle inbound calls professionally

  • Maintain and update mobile plan pricing and cost allocation

  • Prepare and submit monthly data reports

  • Generate invoices using SAP

  • Coordinate staff photo arrangements with vendors

  • Handle quarterly carpark submissions and payment requests

  • Organize staff visa applications and fruit basket deliveries

  • Provide general administrative support as assigned by your supervisor

Requirements:
  • GCE ‘O’ Level and above

  • 1–3 years of receptionist or customer service experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Friendly, organized, and detail-oriented
