As a Senior HR Transformation Consultant, you will lead initiatives in Workforce Management & Organization Transformation, focusing on organization design, strategic workforce planning, talent management, and transaction support. Collaborating with clients, you will develop and implement innovative solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness and align with EY's strategic goals.
In this role, you will be at the intersection of people, technology, and strategy, driving tangible business outcomes through employee capability enhancement and strategic enablement.
Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing:
You will also lead talent assessment, career development, and succession planning programs, as well as support post-merger integration and transaction-related projects.
To succeed, you must have expertise in organization design, strategic workforce planning, talent management, competency management, performance management, and employee engagement. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are crucial, along with proven project management experience.
Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years in HR consulting, workforce management, or organization transformation, a Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Organizational Development, or related fields, and familiarity with professional services or global consulting environments. Additional certifications such as SHRM or CIPD are advantageous.
