Job summary

A leading company in Singapore is seeking an HR Support role for a 6-month contract with the possibility of conversion. Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in hiring outreach by liaising with schools and universities to connect with potential student candidates.
  • Coordinate and support school engagement activities such as career fairs, talks, and other outreach events.
  • Provide general support for daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
  • Assist with onboarding processes, including preparation of documentation for new hires.
  • Respond to basic staff queries or redirect them to the appropriate HR personnel.
  • Support the planning and execution of staff engagement activities and events.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including feedback and survey data.
  • Gather feedback from employees on HR programs and initiatives.
  • Assist in various HR projects and other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business, or related field.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Willing to learn, detail-oriented, and a team player.
  • Prior HR experience is an advantage
  • This is a 6-month contract role, with the possibility of conversion
