Job summary
A leading company in Singapore is seeking an HR Support role for a 6-month contract with the possibility of conversion. Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in HR, Business, or related field is required.
- Good written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
- Prior HR experience is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist in hiring outreach by liaising with schools and universities to connect with potential student candidates.
- Coordinate and support school engagement activities such as career fairs, talks, and other outreach events.
- Provide general support for daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Assist with onboarding processes, including preparation of documentation for new hires.
- Respond to basic staff queries or redirect them to the appropriate HR personnel.
- Support the planning and execution of staff engagement activities and events.
- Maintain and update employee records, including feedback and survey data.
- Gather feedback from employees on HR programs and initiatives.
- Assist in various HR projects and other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business, or related field.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willing to learn, detail-oriented, and a team player.
- Prior HR experience is an advantage
