We're looking for a detail-driven People Analytics Specialist to turn HR data into powerful insights. You'll support analytics, reporting, and employee listening initiatives that directly shape our people strategy and drive smarter HR decisions.

What you will do
  • Analyze, clean, and visualize HR data to uncover insights that support strategic decision-making across HR functions
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics, workforce trends, and DEI indicators
  • Support employee engagement initiatives through survey design, data analysis, and pulse checks
  • Contribute to ESG and DEI reporting, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance
  • Drive efficiency by identifying automation opportunities and developing workflows using tools like Power Automate
  • Partner with HR teams and stakeholders to deliver tailored data solutions and clearly communicate insights that inform business strategy.
What you bring

Experience & Personal Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Analytics, Statistics, Psychology, or a related field
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI for data analysis and visualization
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of HR processes and metrics; experience with survey tools and automation (e.g., Power Automate) is a plus
  • Familiarity with coding (R/Python) and advanced analytics techniques like regression or predictive modeling is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills, with a curious, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
