A leading human resources company seeks a People Analyst to drive employee engagement and provide insights through advanced analytics. This full-time role involves conducting surveys, analyzing data, and leveraging technology to support transformation initiatives. Ideal candidates should possess a degree in relevant fields and have substantial experience in organizational development.
Position: People Analyst
Location: Labrador Park
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
Monthly Salary: up to $7,000 per month
Contract Type: Full-Time, 1 Year
Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of employee engagement surveys, including defining delivery timelines, milestones, and required resources to achieve intended outcomes.
Analyse survey results to generate actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
Leverage advanced analytics tools and technology to enhance the depth and precision of insights.
Support the organisation’s employee listening strategy by translating feedback into meaningful action plans that drive change.
Degree in Analytics, Organisational Development, Psychology, Behavioural Science, or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in organisational transformation, change management, or culture work.
Familiarity with platforms like Culture Amp, Qualtrics, EngageRocket, etc a plus.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
A team player who thrives in ambiguity and brings initiative to the table.
Strong project management and data analysis skills.
Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams
