Job description

Position: People Analyst

Location: Labrador Park

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours

Monthly Salary: up to $7,000 per month

Contract Type: Full-Time, 1 Year

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of employee engagement surveys, including defining delivery timelines, milestones, and required resources to achieve intended outcomes.

  • Analyse survey results to generate actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership.

  • Leverage advanced analytics tools and technology to enhance the depth and precision of insights.

  • Support the organisation’s employee listening strategy by translating feedback into meaningful action plans that drive change.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Analytics, Organisational Development, Psychology, Behavioural Science, or related fields.

  • At least 5 years of experience in organisational transformation, change management, or culture work.

  • Familiarity with platforms like Culture Amp, Qualtrics, EngageRocket, etc a plus.

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

  • A team player who thrives in ambiguity and brings initiative to the table.

  • Strong project management and data analysis skills.

  • Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams
