Pega Technical Project Manager

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the overall engagement. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing end-to-end delivery of at least 2-3 applications, good client communication skills, and stakeholder management ability.
• Have good technical knowledge in Pega with the ability to take architectural decisions and solutioning. Additionally, domain experience in Airlines is good to have. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving techno-functional excellence and ensuring successful project delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Managing the overall project delivery and ensuring delivery schedule adherence.
• Preparing delivery schedule, effort, and cost based on client requirements and providing walkthroughs to clients on the same.
• Achieving client sign-off on schedule, effort, and cost presented.
• Providing weekly status reports to stakeholders.
• Ensuring that the project is timely by setting time marks.
• Facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings.
• Tracking and managing product backlog, burn-down metrics, velocity, and task breakdown.
• Helping product owner to maintain product backlogs in good shape and ready for the next sprint.
• Providing architectural solutions and working hands-on with team members to deliver technical requirements in Pega.

Qualifications:

• A solid understanding of project end-to-end delivery.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Experience: 9 - 12 years.
• Leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate IT staff.
• Logical problem solver who can operate under constraints.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks.

Certification(s) Required:

• CSSA, PMP, Scrum Master, good to have CLSA.
