Job description

Collaborate with the Project Team to understand client requirements and translate them into application features.

Work with the team to set specifications for new and existing applications.

Participate in incident management and handle change requests.

Perform troubleshooting and debugging of applications as needed.

Evaluate existing applications for reprogramming, updating, and adding new features.

Work with business process owners and SMEs to assess capabilities and identify high-level user requirements.

Collaborate with project managers, architects, and SMEs to define metrics and performance goals for the process.

Participate in transitioning requirements and use cases.

Skills which are good to have / optional

• Experience in executing project releases on the Pega PRPC BPM platform.
• Exposure to executing large BPM engagements through the complete SDLC lifecycle.
• Experience in PEGA technical architecture with broad industry and functional knowledge.
• PEGA certifications such as SA, SSA, LSA.

Top Mandatory skills

• Prior hands-on experience in Pega Development (preferably 6 months or more).

Note: Ideally, a minimum of 3 years of Java experience and willingness to learn Pega.
