Job description

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the project team to understand client requirements and translate them into application features using Pega.
• Set specifications for new applications and modify existing applications based on business needs.
• Manage and resolve incidents, troubleshoot issues, and handle change requests effectively.
• Perform application debugging and troubleshooting to ensure seamless functionality and performance.
• Evaluate and reprogram existing applications to integrate updates and add new features to enhance performance and meet evolving user needs.
• Work with business process owners and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to assess process capabilities and identify user requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and SMEs to define performance goals and metrics for business processes.
• Assist in transitioning requirements and use cases into actionable development work, ensuring smooth project execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience in Pega development.
• Previous experience in Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) Business Process Management (BPM) platform.
• Exposure to managing large BPM engagements through the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is good to have.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, including project managers, architects, and business users.
• Ability to evaluate and improve existing applications and processes, enhancing overall system performance.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail in troubleshooting and debugging.
