A leading company in European Fund Services seeks a senior professional to lead their Private Markets Fund Administration team. This role involves managing fund operations, overseeing system integrations, and providing mentorship. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in Private Equity and Real Estate Fund Accounting and proven leadership skills.

Description
Lead and manage the Private Markets Fund Administration team.
Drive and oversee process improvement and system development initiatives.
Manage PE systems integration and migration.
Oversee the launch of new funds from inception to implementation.
Review Capital Account statements, Capital calls and Distribution notices.
Review and/ or prepare Financial Statements and Quarterly reports.
Review and/ or prepare waterfall and equalization models.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Manage client relationships and liaise with cross functional service teams.
Participate in client pitches, meetings and networking events.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Finance/ Accounting
Chartered Accountant (Singapore)/ CPA is an advantage
Minimum 10 years of experience in Private Equity and Real Estate Fund Accounting
Proficiency in Investran is required
Strong knowledge of PE/ RE fund operations including fund structures/ waterfall models/
equalizations/ fund accounting
Sound knowledge of IFRS and relevant accounting standards
Good written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management, analytical and problem-solving skills
Motivated and ambitious, with a focus on career progression and leadership
