Job summary

KPMG Singapore is seeking a seasoned professional for the Transaction Services/Deal Advisory team. The role focuses on financial due diligence, M&A support, and advisory services for private equity clients across industries.

You will manage complex workstreams, develop junior staff, and drive business development while delivering high-quality outcomes. Ideal candidates bring 6–10 years in global accounting firms, ACCA/CA/ISCA or equivalent, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency with MS

Qualifications

• ACCA/CA/ISCA or equivalent required.
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in global accounting firms with financial due diligence and M&A knowledge.
• Prior Private Equity exposure is beneficial for project management.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, derive insights and craft solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines across geographies in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engagement management: lead multiple large, complex workstreams.
• Deliver high-quality services and manage multiple priorities.
• Identify and manage risks ensuring firm risk frameworks are followed.
• Develop people through coaching and structured development plans.
• Coach and mentor junior staff within the team.
• Build and sustain relationships with client accounts and develop propositions.
• Leverage private equity and due diligence experience in advisory engagements.
