Job Scope:

PDI Assistant

• Create and manage Repair Orders (RO) and Purchase Orders (PO) for PDI jobs.

• Coordinate and supervise sublet jobs with in-house contractors.

• Perform basic quality checks after PDI completion.

• Handle parts issuance, stock receiving, and inventory updates.

• Arrange vehicle transport and track vehicle movement.

• Support demo/display car prep and maintain a clean work area.

PDI Quality Control

• Conduct in-progress and final inspections of new vehicles.

• Identify and report defects or product issues.

• Work with Workshop Executive and Technical Support for issue resolution.

• Ensure accessories fitment meets factory standards with proper documentation.

• Participate in toolbox meetings for safety and technical updates.

• Recommend improvements to enhance PDI quality and efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must hold a valid Class 3 driving license.

• Relevant experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
