Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Engineer within the Package Development & Engineering team in Singapore. You will develop, align, and coordinate with cross-functional groups to ensure effective capacity modeling and support Micron business objectives.

You will engage with Technology Development and Central Teams, drive Capex saving projects, and explore AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, quality and outcomes while upholding Micron values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, statistics, data science or computer science, or related field.
• Strong data compilation, statistical analysis and reporting skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to map relevant conclusions to support decision making.
• Willingness to apply AI-enabled tools responsibly in research, analysis, content creation, and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop, align and coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure effective Capacity Modeling.
• Engage with manufacturing sites, and Central Teams to provide technical direction and maintain alignment for Engineering Tool time and space related between manufacturing site and Technology Development.
• Drive Capex Saving Project within PDE and sites to meet FY target.
• Explore, study and recommend system automation opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one's scope of work.
