Micron Semiconductor Asia Operations Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Industrial Engineer within PDE to develop, align and coordinate cross-functional efforts for capacity modeling and optimization. You will work with Technology Development and Central Teams to support business objectives.

You will consolidate improvements, drive capex saving projects, and explore automation opportunities, integrating AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency and decision making across manufacturing sites.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or Computer Science.
• Strong data compilation, statistical analysis and reporting skills.
• Good verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to map relevant conclusions to support decisions; embody Micron core values.

Responsabilidades

• Consolidate and align MOR/UPH/EPT improvements across Micron Site and Central Team.
• Engage with manufacturing sites and Central Teams to provide technical direction on Engineering Tool time and space between sites and Technology Development.
• Drive Capex saving projects within PDE and sites to meet FY target.
• Explore, study and recommend system automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness.

As Industrial Engineer under Package Development & Engineering (PDE), you will be responsible to develop, align and coordinate with cross functional to ensure effective Capacity Modeling. In this role, you will need to work with Technology Development, Key Equipment Group and other stakeholder from site to support Micron Business Objective.

Responsibility

• Responsible for EPT related topic, Consolidate & align MOR/UPH/EPT improvement across Micron Site and Central Team

• Engage with manufacturing sites, and Central Teams to provide technical direction and maintain alignment for Engineering Tool time and space related between manufacturing site and Technology Development

• Drive Capex Saving Project within PDE and sites to meet FY target

• Explore, study and recommend for system automation opportunity to improve efficiency and productivity

• Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements. Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.

Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or Computer Science
