Job summary

The role includes troubleshooting and repairing PCB assemblies, with soldering and rework on HD and surface-mount boards. You will provide fault information and repair records, and ensure SOPs are followed. Proficiency with test equipment such as oscilloscopes and LCR meters is essential, as is timely completion of repairs and maintaining repair documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in disassembling and calibrating signal generator units according to SOP.
• Proficient in soldering and PCB rework on HD and SMT assemblies.
• Experience troubleshooting PCB assemblies and recording repair data.
• Knowledge of using test equipment (oscilloscope, LCR meter) for fault diagnosis.
• Capable of maintaining SOPs and repair documentation.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble signal generator unit and calibrate per SOP.
• Troubleshoot and repair PCB assemblies.
• Soldering and board rework on HD/SMT assemblies.
• Provide fault information and repair records for work carried out.
• Maintain SOP documents for daily repair/rework operations.
