Payroll Specialist/Executive (Generalist) #JYS

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for country/region, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
• Prepare payroll reports and support audits or internal reviews as needed.
• Handle end-to-end hiring and onboarding processes.
• Assist in annual salary review processes, bonus calculations, and incentive programs.
• Maintain accurate C&B data in HR systems and prepare related reports.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on compensation planning, budgeting, and policy development.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to C&B.

Requirements:

• Minimum Dip/Deg in Human Resource or Business or other related courses with at least 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
