Established Manufacturing Multinational Corporation

Our Client is an Established Manufacturing Multinational Corporation. They are seeking a Senior/ Payroll Specialist to join their growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage end-to-end payroll processing
  • Perform bonus exercise and any payments due to employees and statutory board (e.g. CPF, IRAS).
  • Process claims such as Childcare Leave, NS, Maternity claims and other statutory claims and submission of CPF, IR21 and IR8A income tax (taxable and non-taxable), and tax filing.
  • Process, verify and check employees’ overtime and incentives
  • Process, verify and check employees’ attendance, leaves and absences
  • Ensure timely updating of employees records via HR payroll system
  • Process year-end AWS pay-out
  • Ensure timely updates of employees' personal files and data in our HR SAP system.
  • Respond to staff queries on payroll matters
  • Tend to staff resignation / termination matters.
  • Attend to auditor's queries for payroll matters
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma in Any Field
  • Min. 3 years of professional payroll experience
  • Familiar with IR18, IRAS, CPF Contribution.

Other Information:

Working Location: North
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
Basic Salary: S$4,000 or Above + Bonuses
