Payroll Specialist Vacancy in Singapore

Payroll Assistant
We are hiring immediately for a Payroll Assistant. As a Payroll Assistant, you will perform essential duties with pay starting at $18.00-$20.00/hour, plus occasional overtime. In this role, you will assist in all aspects of payroll. You will be responsible for maintaining payroll time sheets/staffing report accuracy, and compliance audits.

Essential Functions:

  1. Assist production staff with their questions regarding payroll, attendance tracking, and policies as it relates to the two.
  2. Update Kronos based off information received back from associate and Supervisor on reports.
  3. Process VTO and schedule change requests daily.
  4. Follow/maintain all Sarbanes/Oxley compliance regulations required for the payroll process.
  5. Edit/track attendance weekly to ensure all associates' accounts are accurate and current.
  6. Sort checks bi-weekly to provide to Supervisors for their teams.
  7. Coordinate with temp agency to ensure they have information they require.
