Job summary

A recruitment agency seeks a Payroll Manager for a prominent client in the engineering sector. This role involves managing complete payroll functions for over 500 employees, filing necessary forms, and liaising with HR. Candidates should possess a finance diploma and relevant payroll experience, with expertise in SAP and Excel systems as an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Min. 2-4 years of Payroll Experience in any Industry.
• Knowledge in payroll processing functions.
• Experience with SAP and Excelity systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-set of payroll functions for over 500 employees.
• File IR21 clearance and annual IR8A.
• Liaise with HRBP for payroll coordination.
• Perform monthly payroll audit.

Our Client:

• Engineering Industry (Government Sector)
• Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm
• Ang Mo Kio / Tanjong Pagar
• Basic UP $4000 + Performance Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-set of payroll functions with a headcount of 500 or more (Monthly Salary, CPF, submission of NS, Processing of Transport Claims and Government Paid Claims)
• Filing of IR21 clearance and annual IR8A
• Liaise with HRBP to coordinate payroll
• Perform monthly audit

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Finance or equivalent
• Min. 2-4 years of Payroll Experience in any Industry
• Possess knowledge in SAP System, Excelity System, VLookUp and Pivot Table will be an added advantage
