Job Description

The PAYROLL SOFTWARE CONSULTANT role is responsible for providing technical/functional support for the Payroll functions of the PAYROLL software including planning, setting up, troubleshooting and implementation.

He/She is also responsible for small scale project management, development, quality assurance, security and review of the payroll function.

Analytical and logical, he/she is required to manage the small scale HRMS projects and analyse HRMS issues raised. He/She is also expected to deal with internal and external stakeholders to accomplish the work. Candidate will be provided with training, upskilling, and hands-on practise.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and consultancy activities for HRMS and PAYROLL functions
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communications skills in customer relationship
  • Able to provide documentation for project implementation purposes, such as user manual, requirements documentations and process workflow documents
  • To provide logical and 'best practice' solutions for users
  • Able to manage project team members' expectations
  • Providing HRMS and PAYROLL end-user training and technical support
  • Provide post implementation support to HRMS and PAYROLL users

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience is required for this position.
  • Having worked with other payroll software in a capacity of an application implementor or support would be a plus
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in HRMS/PAYROLL, IT/Computer - Software or equivalent
  • Self-motivated with good work ethics and good interpersonal skills
  • 5 days work week, Monday to Friday
