A market leader in the offshore oil and gas industry, is seeking a Payroll Manager to handle end-to-end payroll processing.

This includes computing monthly salaries, overtime, bonuses, and various allowances with accuracy and confidentiality. In this role, you will track and update daily overtime reports, address payroll-related queries, and resolve any discrepancies efficiently. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining precise payroll records and employee data while ensuring full compliance with statutory requirements such as CPF contributions, income tax filings, and government claims. Additionally, you will prepare payroll reports and relevant documentation as needed, and stay informed on the latest updates in payroll legislation to ensure continued compliance.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Business or Human Resources and bring at least 10 years of hands-on payroll experience. Experience working with high payroll volumes and proficiency in Prosoft will be highly regarded. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple tasks with efficiency and professionalism.
