Our client, a leading Buy-side firm with international exposure, is looking for a Payroll Lead to support its finance team.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure timely and accurate payroll execution by working with regional payroll providers and internal stakeholders.
2. Manage payroll changes such as new hires, terminations, bonuses, and raises.
3. Conduct payroll audits, resolve discrepancies, and implement necessary adjustments.
4. Coordinate external audits and prepare statutory paperwork.

Requirements:

1. Degree and at least 7 years of payroll experience.
2. Knowledge of payroll and tax regulations in Singapore and other APAC countries.
3. Strong analytical and Excel skills, along with accounting experience.
4. Attention to detail, interest in technology and process improvements, and strong communication skills.
