A leading company in Singapore seeks a Payroll Administrator to manage payroll processing, including CPF and tax submissions for research entities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, prior experience in payroll or HR administration, and be proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel. This role offers a collaborative team environment and is located within a short walk from One-North MRT.
Office hours from Monday to Friday (Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm)

Administer full-spectrum payroll processing for research entities using SAP, including CPF and tax submissions.
Prepare payroll reconciliation reports, headcount summaries, and payroll-related analytics.
Process Employee Self-Service (ESS) claims such as Flexi benefits, dental, and handphone reimbursements.
Coordinate with the Finance Department on payroll provisions and reconciliation.
Verify and process statutory leave claims (e.g., NS Leave, Childcare Leave, Maternity Leave).
Attend to employee queries regarding salary and payroll matters.
Support payroll audits by assisting with queries and preparing documentation.
Collaborate across teams to address payroll-related issues, system errors, and participate in system upgrades or enhancements.
Maintain up-to-date and organised payroll records for compliance and audit readiness.
Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline.
At least 1 year of experience in payroll or HR administration.
Prior experience using SAP is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working in a system-driven workflow.
Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to handle confidential information.
Positive and collaborative mindset with good communication skills.
