Job summary

A government-linked company in Singapore is seeking a Payroll team member responsible for processing payroll, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Description

  • Maintain complete and updated employee records related to remuneration
  • Perform payroll processing
  • Review and analyze variances in manpower expenses
  • Participate in month-end closing and reconciliation
  • Process staff claims, IR8A, and other tax-related filings
  • Prepare CPF contribution reports and handle refunds if applicable
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on payroll matters
  • Handle employee inquiries
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Profile

  • GCE O Level or Diploma in Business Administration, or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of payroll or related experience
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
