Job description

The Payroll Executive shall be responsible primarily to support Payroll Lead in timely delivery of monthly payroll.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage Employee Database and ensure prompt update and setting adjustment
  • Process monthly payroll as per schedule including staff claims and overtime
  • Process bonus and merit increase on a yearly basis
  • Prepare monthly payroll and headcount reports
  • Prepare IR21 for foreign employees upon departure
  • Prepare
  • Verify clocking information from TMS in terms of overtime hours, no. of hours worked and other allowance related to shift for processing
  • Highlight discrepancies and variances on a monthly basis
  • Provide support to external parties (ie. auditors and internal stakeholders) during yearly audit relevant to claims
  • Support in statutory survey (ie. statutory quarterly surveys and other agencies)
  • Conformance to SOP and policies at all times
  • Maintain and upkeep claims records for ISO audits
  • Prepare internal memos on payroll-related matters
  • Verify monthly reimbursement data and ensure accuracy
  • Perform monthly audit check on overall claims category
  • Ad-hoc projects relating to work process improvement

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in HR Management with at least 5 years’ working experience in similar capacity
  • Experience with Workday & Employee Self-Service (ESS) is advantageous
  • An eye for details with excellent organisation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethics and conformance to SOP
  • Strong knowledge in MOM regulations
  • Familiar with HRMS tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proactive with a “can-do” attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
