Job Description

  • Responsible for managing and administration of all Singapore office payroll services and to ensure its accuracy and compliance in payroll activities.
  • Responsible for timely tax filing (including but not limited to IR21 and IR8A), CPF submission, all government claims and statutory pay requirements.
  • Validate all payroll supporting data and documents to be accurate and truthful and ensure all payments and deductions are correctly updated into the payroll system.
  • Ensure timely data update in payroll systems with accuracy.
  • Manage payroll related queries from employees.
  • Provide all payroll related reports to supporting OM.
  • Ensure employee benefits including claims and reimbursements as per rules and regulations.
  • Support annual and ad-hoc internal/external payroll audit.
  • Maintain employee records within the system and ensure that they are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum "N" level with at least 2 years of payroll experience
  • Committed & meticulous.
  • Working knowledge with EasyPay is an advantage
  • Familiar with Employment Act
  • Proficient in MS Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint)
  • Positive and can do attitude and able to work minimal supervision
  • Able to work independently
