Administer payroll processing for assigned subsidiaries, including updates for new hires, resignations, and calculations of overtime and allowances
Process monthly claims and verify receipts for payment
Address employee inquiries regarding payroll matters
Update employee information in the InfoTech system
Manage the full pre-employment process, including applications and renewals for work and dependent passes
Prepare various employment-related documents, such as confirmation and employment letters
Maintain documentation control and filing systems
Provide reports on government grant disbursements
Assist with ad-hoc projects or tasks as needed
Perform any additional duties as assigned by superiors
