Job Description & Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and payroll functions.
- Responsible for timely and accurate monthly payroll processing.
- Handle staff attendance, consolidate timesheets, and calculate overtime hours.
- Accurately compute sales incentives within given timelines.
- Manage payroll matters for new hires and resigned employees, including tax declarations (local and foreign employees).
- Handle employee clearance for resignations and terminations.
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including:
- Preparing job postings and advertisements on various platforms.
- Contacting and shortlisting suitable candidates.
- Arranging interviews and preparing Letter of Appointment.
- Coordinating staff uniform collection.
- Manage work pass applications, cancellations, renewals, and monitor company quota.
- Oversee employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
- Provide general HR and administrative support to HQ.
- Any other ad-hoc HR and admin duties assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum “N” Level with at least 1 year of relevant experience in payroll processing and recruitment.
- Experience in the beauty industry will be an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and payroll software (Info-Tech preferred).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking employees).
- Organised, meticulous, and able to multi-task.
- Independent, resourceful, and able to take on ad-hoc job scopes when required.
- 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm).
