Payroll Associate (HR/ Contract/ S$5500/ Kallang)

12-months contract
Location: Kallang
Contract Bonus
Salary Up to $5,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
Will be part of the Regional Payroll Team that has a portfolio of 16 countries, including time and benefit administration in the payroll system.

  • Process payroll using a payroll system for at least one country (Singapore & Australia), handling the end-to-end payroll activities, complying with legislations and company policies.
  • Administer and maintain payroll system to ensure accurate processing of pay, time, leave and benefit entitlements.
  • Perform payroll calculations, data reconciliations, and prepare payroll reports.
  • Handle statutory and income tax filings and administrations.
  • Handle employee query.
  • Maintain proper payroll documentations.
  • Participate in the development or adjustment of work processes. Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedure documentation.
  • Participate in payroll system enhancement initiatives.
  • Participate in regional digital projects.
  • Participate in other HR initiatives that drive continuous improvements.



Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business/HR/Mathematics/Accounting or similar faculty.
  • Having Malaysia, Australia and Indonesia statutory/income tax knowledge
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
