A leading recruitment agency in Singapore seeks a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing with accuracy and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a Degree in a related field and at least 2 years of payroll experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with SAP and strong understanding of local payroll regulations is essential. The role includes handling payroll queries, preparing reports, and maintaining employee records.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
Handle payroll-related queries, including deductions, overtime, and statutory contributions (e.g., CPF, IRAS submissions).
Prepare monthly payroll reports and reconciliation, ensuring timely disbursement of salaries and allowances.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with audit requirements and confidentiality standards.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to support salary adjustments, bonuses, and year-end tax reporting.
Requirements:
Minimum Degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of payroll experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in payroll software and SAP.
Strong understanding of statutory payroll regulations and tax requirements in Singapore.
Meticulous, organized, and able to handle sensitive data with confidentiality.
