Job Description:
We are a well-established F&B group in Singapore with multiple restaurant brands. We are hiring a Payroll Assistant Manager or Manager to lead our payroll operations, supporting more than 700 headcounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the payroll team to ensure timely, accurate payroll processing
  • Manage CPF, IR8A, IR21 submissions, bonus payouts, OT, and bank file uploads
  • Prepare payroll reports, reconciliation, and accounting journal entries
  • Ensure full compliance with MOM regulations, IRAS, and company policies
  • Support internal/external audits and HRIS enhancement projects
  • Collaborate with HR for staff movement tracking, bonuses, and annual increment exercises
  • Guide and mentor payroll team members, responding to payroll queries

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, HR, or Accountancy
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant payroll experience
  • Strong leadership, time management, and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with Timesoft preferred
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and works well under pressure
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders)
