Job summary

Ideal candidates should have a diploma in Accounting or a related field, along with 0-1 year of experience in payroll. The position offers a salary range of SGD 2,400 to SGD 3,000, depending on experience, with full company transport provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 0 - 1 year of experience in accounting or payroll processing.
• Familiar with tax clearance procedures.
• Proficient in payroll management and related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly payroll, CPF submission, tax clearance, and income tax.
• Create and maintain employee records in the payroll system.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly payroll approvals.

Salary: $2400 - $3000 (Depend on Exp) + AWS + VB

5 /5.5 Days , 8.30am - 5.30pm

Min 0 - 1 year of Accounting / Payroll experience

Familiar with IR8A & Tax Clearance

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly payroll, CPF submission, tax clearance and income tax

• Create and maintain employee records in the payroll system, ensuring timely updates and accuracy

• Ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly payroll approvals

• Assist in generating CPF submission files and other statutory contributions

• Generate payroll reports, including overtime and bonus provisions, as required

• Prepare and submit IR8A and tax clearance to IRAS annually

• Monitor and verify daily attendance for payroll processing

• Assist in payroll administration and HR-related duties as required
  

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting / Human Resource, Business, or a related field

• Min 0 - 1 year of experience in accounting / payroll processing

• Familiar with tax clearance
