Job summary

A maintenance service company in Singapore is seeking an HR Coordinator to manage payroll processing and handle various HR duties. Candidates should possess at least a GCE 'O' level or a diploma in a relevant field and be proficient in Microsoft Office. The role requires a meticulous and organized individual who can liaise with Mandarin-speaking coworkers. Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

  • Minimum education level of GCE 'O' level or higher qualification in a relevant field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of payroll software is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll, including salaries, attendance, and adjustments.
  • Manage staff movements related to payroll, including new hires and resignations.
  • Prepare tax clearance for foreign employees.

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle monthly payroll processing (End to end payroll processing, including computation of salary, attendance & leave checking, Overtime processing and allowances)
  • Follow-up on staff movement of payroll related (eg.new join, salary adjustment or resignation)
  • Preparation of tax clearance for foreign employee
  • Submission of government-paid claims such as NS claims, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave and other government related claims.
  • Ensure all employees records are properly maintained and update in system
  • Attend to employee’s queries related to all HR matters
  • Any others HR related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Min GCE 'O' level / Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resources / Higher Nitec in Business Study
  • Proficient in Ms Office Application
  • Knowledge in Info-Tech payroll software is an advantage
  • Able to liaise with mandarin speaking workers
  • Meticulous and well organized
  • Positive attitude, responsible and a team player
